Shipping Details
We do not ship outside the USA - NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping method is determined primarily by weight. Most orders ship via Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 business days to reach anywhere in the continental United States. Orders weighing over 2.5 lbs. will usually, but not always ship via UPS Ground. All orders containing pepper spray must ship via UPS Ground or Parcel Post. If you need to specify a particular method of delivery, you must email us before placing your order. If we are available and have stock, we can usually accommodate express deliveries. Most orders ship within 3 business days, but we do not guarantee shipping and delivery times, so if you have a specific requirement please email us at store@secureselfdefense.com

SHIPPING OPTIONS
2-Day and Next-Day orders must be received before 11:00am EST in order to
ensure on time delivery. All 2-day and Next-Day orders must ship to a physical
address (no PO boxes). Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to UPS pickup cycles
and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on
Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its
destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available
UPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend.
The following Monday is the second day in UPS service terms.
Business Shipping Addresses
If you are using a business address, be sure to include the name of the
business, the floor, suite number, or any other information that may be
required. We use the shipping address you provide exactly as you type it. If
your order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect shipping address, you
will be billed for the cost of reshipping. Please use care when entering your
shipping information, and double check the address before you submit your order.
Out of Stock Items
We do our best to remove out of stock items from our website. In the event that
an item you ordered is found to be out of stock we will notify you, and ship
your item as soon as it arrives. If the item is no longer available, we will
refund the purchase price plus the difference in the shipping charges, if any,
after the item is deducted.
Return Details
Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, contact us following the Return Procedure below, and we will replace it at no additional charge. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or wish to return your order for any other reason, we will refund the full purchase price less our original shipping and handling charge which is non-refundable. If items returned for refund are missing parts or open package or if the items have been abused or taken apart the return may be refused or a 25% restocking fee may apply.
TASER PRODUCTS - IMPORTANT
TASER Guns and TASER Air Cartridges come packaged in sealed plastic retail
packaging. Once this packaging is cut open, the TASER product will be ineligible
for return. If you fail the backgound check when attempting to register your
TASER and you have already cut open the packaging you cannot return the TASER.
IF YOU CANNOT PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK DO NOT ORDER A TASER! If you do
not like the color, size, weight, etc., or if you simply change your mind, we
can approve your return as long as the plastic packaging has not been opened or
damaged. Returns require prior authorization and any refunds issued will be less
our shipping and handling cost for the order EVEN IF YOU RECEIVED THE SHIPPING
FOR FREE. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Once you have registered your TASER and received your activation code all defect issues should be handled directly through TASER International.
Return Procedure
You must notify us by email within 30 day of receiving your order,
describing the reason for the return. If your item is approved for return, we
will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions
for returning the order to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA
number. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the
order to us including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery
confirmation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that you track and insure
your return. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, you
will not receive your refund.
